The Pike County Area Agency on Aging is seeking eligible applicants to apply fo the full-tim and part-time aging care manager I and II positions. If you enjoy helping people and advocate for home and community based care, this is the right position for you. This is a civil service position requiring 12 credits of social services or a bachelor's degree. Job requires coordinating assigned services as part of consumer's plan of care, communicating with home health providers, families, and other human service agencies. Computer skills necessary for data entry of consumer's care plan management. Some travel required. Mileage reimbursement available.
